The Sexy Truth is here to shatter myths about sex and dating, connecting with groups and individuals to bring a fresh perspective on the importance of healthy relationships.  We exist to educate those who desire to experience freedom in relationships and want to understand their own sexuality.

What role does sex play in a relationship, who is having the best sex, what influences our ideas about sex and relationships and how do I develop my whole sexuality? In a time where our senses our bombarded with all kinds of messages about sex and relationships how are we to discern what is propaganda and what is the truth?

The Sexy Truth looks at how people give and receive love, the affects of teenage sex and bonding have on our brain development, developing our whole sexuality (physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and social), and the foundations of healthy relationships.

About Beth

Beth Sweeting is Director of Student Outreach at Expectations Women’s Center in central Pennsylvania and the creator of The Sexy Truth. As a popular speaker, she has a reputation for her infectious energy, humor and blunt honesty.  She backs up her passion for young people with over fifteen years of experience working with students as a public school teacher, athletic coach and youth worker.

Beth lives in Williamsport, PA with her husband Spencer, daughter Lucy and the family dog Max. Her obsessions include throwing themed parties, ignoring recipes and Words With Friends.
